      Employer-paid Benefits / 3 weeks vaca from 1st year / summer half days

      Cons

      Management/Coworkers /Favoritism to get advancement/hostile environment/no transparency/no confidentiality/speak to your manager about something - the whole office knows the next day/cut positions due to restructuring only to hire others to replace you within a couple months

      I currently work for a large financial institution through randstad. It is a temporary assignment for 18 month. The assignment gave me the opportunity to get back into the financial field after being a stay at home mom for a while. The pay is good, even more than what I made as customer support rep at a bank. My recruit is fast, friendly and on top of everything. So fae she answered any questions by email within the same day.

      Cons

      The benefits aren't bad, but not the most affordable. Otherwise no complains so far.

      Pros

      No one cares about your work. Just do your job and you can remain there for the rest of your life if you are NOT ambitious!

      Cons

      I am ambitious. When I ask for more work and responsibilities, the answer was always NO. Some of my colleagues who work also as an assistant ask for an pay increase. The answer was NO or few cents per hour... The negative point of this company is that no one cares about you. They will make it with or without because they are one of the biggest company in temporary-work with a very good renown.
