      Pros

      For recruitment consultants, its marketing is great. Randstad spends a lot of money in different campaigns, events and so on. Big company, good reputation at the market.

      Cons

      All the money spent on marketing is not spent on salaries, bonus and rest of package. You cannot decide anything about your own business. Nobody decide nothing there... everything is a procedure (reasonable or not). A big monster difficult to move in the agile recruitment world.

      Pros

      You will have work all the time. I left the company within 1 year. Their attrition rate is very high. 4-5 People leave every other month saying various reasons , but basically people leave when they realise the des parity

      Cons

      You get less than half of what an expat gets who does the exact same job and exact same work as you do.
