      Pros

      Randstad has really been a milestone in my professional career.It has taught me the direct proportion between accepting challenge and converting it into future gain. With every assignment I have been learning a new venue to reach my objective.

      Cons

      "When there is daylight- there has to be darkness", but when the brightness actually enlightens you, darkness gets faded away.

      Completed 5yrs, saw many changes, but always been a place for : Excellent opportunities to learn. Freedom to explore & try new things in the work. Performance is rewarded & highlighted. Fantastic people and lots of social gatherings, events and trainings. Good work-life balance Team feels like family, even closer than family at times . Ability to adapt to changing times and competition with other companies

      Pros

      I have been a part of Randstad for close to two years, and the kind of exposure and opportunities i have gotten have been extremely valuable. This is a place where you learn everyday, face challenges head on and have the empowerment to usher in new thinking and innovation. Along with that, Randstad provides you a wonderful work life balance- as long as you are completing your deliverables, no one will question you. Truly a great brand and a great place to work for!
