      Pros

      Worked in Woburn, MA- great co-workers. No long hours, but kept busy from clock in to clock out.

      Cons

      Upper level management lot of turmoil I was there when positions were moving to Atlanta and talk of no longer having Woburn being the flagship location. Dealing with the temps in charge of paying could be a pain

      Pros

      One of the best orientation/ induction programs. Actually practice an open door policy. Performance-driven. Great work culture. Work is aggressive and constant but you don't feel regimented. Great learning. Unfaltering support from managers and mentors. Pay is above average. Opportunities to prove your mettle and quickly climb up the ranks.

      Cons

      Internal processes are outdated, but they are implementing new tools and systems. I have found a few old timers find it difficult to come out of their Ma Foi past, which I think is a little disappointing because its Randstad now! They could also be a little more flexible about their web policy, a little too much policing.
