Poor management. Unrealistic expectations for it's employee's. Bad commission/bonus structure. A LOT of stress in the role. Too much Micromanagement. Not willing to take feedback or hear new ideas. Do not allow a receptionist in the branch which means additional workload to the staff that is already overwhelmed. Not enough diversity within the office (i.e. hiring the exact same type of individual -- women ages 23-30 years old with the same personality type). Unethical. A LOT of gossip between upper management and bad mouthing other employees which comes across as very unprofessional.

I guess couple of months back they replaced their CRT monitors to LED monitors. Very slow process for everything. People are living there since a decade, understand the living thing not the working thing. Outdated policies and every approval goes at snails pace. If i consider the packages here are the ranges: Peanuts, Roasted Peanuts, Masala roasted peanuts, and Masala, oil fried roasted Peanuts..LOl its just Peanuts. New management has to take over the things, the work culture is not on par with 20th century. trust me. I never hated any body there , but you hardly have learning.
