      Pros

      Job security, Great company culture, Strong values and work ethics, great brand on the market. Randstad Holding really keeps its employees involved in the decisions, top management is always approachable and it is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Very structured with salaries and does not pay the best in the market. They could be better to keep the workforce more motivated. Sometimes a bit too much governance.

      Alot of changes through acquisitions and leadership alignment from a global perspective that has put a consistent amount of pressure on the organization to perform to their optimum potential.

      You have to complete personality, IQ, and comprehensive assessments before being considered for an internal position. I think the assessments and tend to be biased due to it does not give a clear perception of an individual and how they may be as an employee
