Limited time contracts so no long term

I worked as an Annotation Analyst with Nvidia Graphics, and it was by far the worst experience I've had. There was no opportunity for growth, the team leads were toxic, and the managers lacked the courage to engage with employees. I often worked 13-14 hour days to meet KPIs, and the team leads constantly pressured employees about performance. Randstad would send warning emails if KPIs weren’t met. They were also very restrictive with leave requests—whenever I asked for time off, the team lead would deny it, saying they needed to manage the entire team. I even had to work after my grandfather's funeral because of this. When my laptop’s hinge broke and I needed a day off for repairs, the team lead insisted that I had to log in, regardless of the issue. I would not recommend anyone to join this organization, even under pressure.
