      Pros

      Great for gaining experience and they treat their workers very well.

      Cons

      I don't think you could cal this a con per se since it is for contractors but the fact that you are only a temp and have 18 months to get into your current contract's company or som other one for permanacy is a little bit of a let down.

      My work hours are great, and there is a lot of variety in the day to day work I do.

      Cons

      Unfortunately I'm still in the same temp job after 18 months. I was told there would be opportunities to move to a more permanent position but haven't seen it yet.
