      Culture, training and brand recognition.

      -Way too much turnover. -Too large an organization, disconnected and impersonal. -No base + commission structure. -Bonus is measly and based on market, company and branch performance, not individually based.

      Pros

      The managers I've worked with are very supportive and seem to truly have your best interests in mind. They're always willing to meet with you, discuss concerns, and do their best to guide you on a career path that's right for you.

      Cons

      It'd be nice if employees' vacation time was allotted at the beginning of the year, rather than accrued slowly each month, only to start over at the first of the year.

      Autonomy, lots of work that let you know the core business, lovely people, and great ambient, cool values, dynamic and really interesting. Flexible schedules and possibility to balance private life with work.

      Cons

      Internships are not well paid according to the amount of work you have to do Too many procedures for everything, as all biggies. The software that they currently use is not updated to now a days.
