      Pros

      They had me placed by a recruiter quickly and efficiently. They offered direct deposit. I was placed quickly and efficiently as well. They communicated with the company well. I wound up with a company that worked with me VERY whole heartedly when I needed something.

      Cons

      I had saw minor communications issues over my paychecks before my direct deposit kicked in. It was on occasion hard to get a hold of my recruiter.

      Pros

      Energetic and driven team. Randstad is a recognizable brand. The marketing machine is quite efficient.

      Cons

      Unachievable targets with no support or training. I firmly believe that you need to set your employees up for success from the very beginning and give then the necessary tools and training to succeed. A lot of aggressive cold calling involved but no reward for success. You are promoted for who you are friends at head office with and not what you achieve. Very high turn over rate. High stress with little reward.

      Pros

      The company is professional in many areas and not afraid to invest. They believe in internal promotions. The industry is maturing and the company is following.

      Cons

      There are no real cons. Perhaps you need to be willing to work in a sales-culture, as that is the main part of recruitment company. There are no big assets like factories or supply chains.
