The "MacDonalds" of Staffing

Pros

The teams are fun, the locations are nice, the CRM works well for staffing.

Cons

You have to work late regularly. You have no work life balanace. Management is very micro-managing. You are constantly pulled aside even if you are over your target, to do better and to put more work in.

Pros

Have plenty of job openings usually available, pay is competitive for the fields they are in. Benefits are good as well.

Cons

Bad communication between staffing agents and employees. (some better then others) not quick to call about job openings. Don't communicate well with job site managers.

Cons

Everything is tracked and it takes time to track yourself. Very horizontal organization. Not a lot of options for positions.
