Randstad reviews

I resigned after working for almost a year. Its been around 8 months since I resigned, and I am yet to receive my final settlement. I am tired of emails and inquiries, but they just don't respond. Even stopped picking up calls. I wonder what kind of an organization this it. I regret choosing them as a vendor. They have never heard of a word called 'Professionalism'. Ever.

Felt like you had to tiptoe around and Randstad never gave you the benefit of the doubt on anything, because you know they have to save face with a big employer. The management at Kohls IT department was awful. They truly did not appreciate the work done by our crew, and the culture of micro management was enough to make you stress the second you walked in the door. Perfection is the order of the day, and anything less than that gets you a review between Randstad and Kohls. Not to discuss the issue, but to ask you why you messed up. Regardless if it's a user issue or not. The users.... They are always right, and there is no options to act like a proper IT dept and explain why what has to be done needs to be done. If users screw up your deadline, it's your fault and you have a review. Truly it is sad how little this company stand sup for you in the face of losing any revenue.
