Do not work in a smaller office - you are forgotten about and are rarely visited - make sure you work in a hub like Manchester or London, forget about working in a smaller office elsewhere. Management/senior staff can be very aggressive towards you if they don't like constructive feedback you have given them

Poor culture. They desperately need recruiters, however, the account executives consistently pull orders that are next to impossible to fill with low commission to boot.

After leaving your job they will not care about anything. You will have to beg to get your experience letter. If you don't trust me check out the reviews posted by other employees on FB. If they respond to your calls and emails then trust me you are really lucky.
