      I honestly cannot find anything positive to say unfortunately.

      Falling far short of the inspiring video I watched at my induction, this company demonstrated just how awful it can be to work for a corporate recruitment company. Nothing made me want to stay at this company. The male chauvinistic comments and complete disrespect for women, the poor treatment of staff who were discarded at the whim of management, the lack of developmental support and the cliques that left many feeling excluded. It was such a negative experience and I regret ever taking up the position.

      Flexible but not flexible

      Great team that I work with, day to day.

      Cons

      For a company that promotes flexible working, when it comes to it, the business line I work for and our MD are very inflexible. She is quite dated in her approach and offers no flexibility, even when promoting, so whats the point of having it as a ‘benefit’.
