      Paid on time. About the only good thing to write.

      Passed interview and selection process, turned up on given date with an expectancy to be starting the job only to be told there was no job and I was simply being put on a list for a start date for the job, asked when that would be and told “how long is a piece of string”?…confused? So was I! Not great when you’ve got bills to pay and you’ve just handed your notice in from your previous job! Shabby, disorganised and unprofessional outfit. Avoid!!!

      Pros

      Good progressive company, Good professional development. It is a good place to start recruiting. Unless you want to be a lifer start looking for your next job after a year or so.

      Cons

      Too many managers with worthless time consuming meeting to make it look like they are doing something. They have nothing to do but micromanage! It is very difficult to work a spilt desk of sales and recruiting. No longer offer work from home of hybrid schedules.
