organisations that doesn't have much work and lies about it, acting like basic menial tasks are herculean feats of mind and strength that make previous experience in similar roles with easily transferable skills "not suitable" Yet I see same role repeatedly posted over and over (to make it look like they can always find work). If they truly needed workers they wouldn't just refuse people who have previous experience in within the same roles/industry etc...They only care about their own employment not to get people employment. That's the whole point of job agencies! Be honest and upfront if you don't have the work or can't line it up just say so instead of lying to people and talking down to them with condescension.
