      + Let you work remotely in you need it + Good salary + Competitive teams + Good place to learn and put in practice

      + Very bad work/life balance + Very disorganized environment + long hours work + Not extra laws benefits + You have to be friends of everybody if you want to level up you position + HR doesn't exist

      You end up learning a lot, because of all the hard work that is needed here.

      Cons

      These people don´t see you as a person. Don´t believe me, ask someone else. I am just gonna say: before entering Rappi ALWAYS ask for advice, from someone you trust and that no longer works there. If the person is a current employee, there is the possibility that he/she is hiring you just because a lot of people from their area recently quit and he/she will get blamed if he/she doesn´t find the replacements in time.
