      - A company that is growing very quick - Good place and name for your cv, don't stay more than a year.

      Cons

      - No special benefits against other tech enterprises in town (No Stocks, No - The culture is a disaster, people fighting and blaming each other. A lot of stress.

      *Constant Layoffs * You get an evaluation as a high performer and one month later they let you go in the layoffs *No real benefits * No salary reviews or worse they promise they will do next semester and never do it *no life balance
