      An interesting place to work but not for everybody

      Pros

      - You get to meet a lot of people from very diverse areas. - If you demonstrate competence and interest, it is relatively easy to get involved in projects that can have a significant impact. - You learn a lot of new things at the beginning. - Although this may vary depending on the leader, they are quite understanding when faced with a mishap or problem.

      Cons

      - It is quite demanding and they may expect you to be flexible with time. Its a decent salary but not enough to do so. - Due to the nature of a startup, your role is quite diffuse, which allows you to learn a lot but can also become very overwhelming. - After a while you may got stuck and the growing opportunities are quite limited (at least in this area)
