      A company that has a lot of work, you can share your ideias, learn a lot, work with great people

      Cons

      It costs your soul. A lot of people getting sick (burnout, or other diseases). Hard to have life balance. Leadership knows that but they don't care. In the meetings they pretend that it was a sustainable rithm. Micromanagement is strong (at an insane level, depending the team you are located.
