Pros

Some very unique benefits - Like company car. Chilled out work place, mostly okay in terms of culture, good brand, unique marketing strategies

Cons

No growth plan, no way to move beyond one element of the marketing mix, politics, some questionable HR policies, little or no chance of getting a role in any other region/global.

Pros

Decent benefit structure, freedom of being on the open road and not sitting behind a desk, interacting with decent customers.

Cons

The political garbage of "I'll only promote my favorites", do as I say but not as I do, overworked and underpaid, management communication is non-existent. No you can't take a vacation, but as a manager, I sure can. Understaffed constantly as they refuse to hire and put the bulk of the work on the remaining crew.
