Pros
The experience was so valuable, great resume builder and learning experience. The position allowed me to utilize my creativity and knowledge to promote the brand and product. The marketing experience was priceless and the I was given unbelievable opportunities. The company culture was exciting and motivating. I made life long contacts and friends in this position. I was able to balance my hectic student schedule with this job perfectly. I was given more freedom and room to grow than any other job I have ever had.
Cons
The compensation wasn't amazing, I was given a flat rate every two weeks. However, I always viewed the priceless experience and incredible opportunities as part of the compensation!
