Pros

Very fun, dynamic and young culture. Representing the Red Bull brand is hugely appealing as they are constantly trying to break the mould and are becoming involved with some really interesting projects.

Cons

The pay could definitely better, but for a job that involves a lot of socialising and perks, this is to be expected.

Pros

Growing brand, good people, nice perks, fun events. Can be a very fun place to work if you get on the right team.

Cons

Work life balance problems for many, lots of unnecessary travel, some weak leadership in areas.

Pros

Red Bull took everything I learned about marketing in College and turned it on its' head - for the better! I like to say I got my phD in Marketing from RBNA.

Cons

There are limited opportunities to advance - and the competition is fierce. If you're up for the challenge and your work ethic is strong - you'll have no problems advancing.
