The salary is abysmal. The two white men who run the company are clearly running the company into the ground. They will put you on a "path to promotion" don't drink the kool-aid. When it is time to promote you they will claim they cannot afford to promote at this time. (While simultaneously promoting half of the sales department) There is NO growth opportunity. NO worklife balance. You will be expected to work until 7pm every night.
They really only care about their sales employees because they are running out of money and desperately looking to bring some in.
Morale is incredibly low. I have never seen a company lose a CRO and CFO within two weeks of each other and then wait MONTHS to find a COO (combining the two positions) as a replacement.
Shocker, the COO left us for Twitter after 4 months. No leadership. No consistent vision. The company is trying to be an event agency and a tv network when really they should just focus on being a digital publisher.
If you stand up for yourself and know your worth...you will be let go. But the company is all about women empowerment, right?
It's a joke.
I wouldn't wish employment here on my worst enemy.
