Pros

Flexible office policies Many opportunities to be creative Collaborative environment to learn in You get what you put in to it, generally speaking

Cons

It's not a meritocracy at all Staff is generally junior and inexperienced Poor leadership at management level Little if any managerial training Strategy changes constantly People fling around shallow praise constantly, but can't take criticism It's growing too fast No thought leadership when it comes to the actual content

Amazing place, but not much growth

Pros

Awesome culture and support. Probably the best place I've ever worked. Everyone is super supportive and encouraging.

Cons

Not tons of growth so once you're in a position, you'll likely get a title change with each year, but probably not more responsibility. Low pay as well.
