Temp-to-Perm position

Business Outlook

Pros

Amazing office culture, co-workers become friends, a lot of fun internal events, many high profile visitors and clientele, leading global digital media company and tons of room for career growth

Cons

Overall, care more about image/brand than employees (i.e. office snack budget for vegan, organic, gluten-free, etc snacks is higher priority than a pay increase for employees). Due to rapid growth, there is a bit of operational disorganization and lack of internal resources to most efficiently perform job functions. Conversion rate for temp-to-perm is EXTREMELY slow!
