Free iced coffee, Creative and talented co-workers

Cons

Constantly shifting missions, no sense of priorities, totally unqualified executive management setting up unrealistic and conflicting goals. No centralization of structure or process. Culture feels more like a cult of personality. Despite the fact that it's motto is a celebration of individuality, conformity is very aggressively encouraged. A real mess that has no indication of cleaning up its act as it pursues growth and profit.

The people are hard-working, fierce and smart. The social environment is stimulating, and you can learn a lot if you're in a junior position.

Cons

The compensation could be better, and the work/life balance is not always the best. Management seems to be hearing this and working on improving though.

very social atmosphere, lots of happy hours and offsite meetings & parties, managers are concerned about an employees well-being, nice work hours

Cons

Not a lot of creative challenges here, pretty much anything you make will be okay
