Pros

Working there at a time when the company was small allowed me to grow and work in the ways that were most compelling to me, with a large amount of autonomy.

Cons

At the time I was there, there wasn't mandated review cycles or code review, so there were some things that I could've grown in that I didn't have a chance to, like leadership, code skills, and product skills.
