Growing, Cool vibe, Cool space to be involved in right now, Has awesome potential if they use it correctly

Cons

Unfortunately the company may be growing too fast for their own good. I think they are beginning to devalue their employees. The company has such great potential, but they should understand- the people that work there are the life and soul of the brand. I think this elementary lesson is getting lost on the higher ups.

There is nothing in the brilliance of my response, but what I am sharing with the public should be a critical component to their decision making process if they choose to work here. This a company that is in a serious state of flux. Their inability to handle expansion may ultimately lead to their rapid demise.

Cons

I have been working here at Refinery29 for over a year, and, with each passing day, the overall demeanor of management is on a steady decline. The anger and mismanagement towards employees is at an all time high and productivity is beginning to suffer. Their is no coherent strategy to address personnel concerns, only that if you don't like what we do here, basically you can take a hike. Morale is suffering and turnover is running rampant. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone looking for stability, opportunity, and encouragement.
