      Riachuelo é uma ótima empresa, com muitos benefícios para os funcionários, não discrimina as pessoas.

      Ambiente extremamente competitivo e sufocante. Tive burnout enquanto trabalhei lá por falta de atenção dos superiores me sobrecarregarem com trabalho.

      It's a good companie to learn, but its difficult to grown

      It is a really good place to learn, understand the whole fashion chain, and do a great network

      Cons

      The workload is very extensive and intense, and it isn't easy to get promotions or raise the salary. And also there is a lot of micromanagement

      big company and strong in the market

      Cons

      they offered me good really good salary and benefits, but during corona lower the salary and stopped or reduced a lot the benefits! it was not good deal anymore because the benefits were almost half of salary. they were also firing whole teams... it was really hard.
