Business Outlook
Pros
- Possibility of working in a range of different fields, from homeware to kidswear; - Good compensation packages, even if bonus system is very murky and can change without much explanation - Strong policies against overtime
Cons
- Very aggressive and toxic business culture, leadership openly encourages unhealthy levels of competitiveness through gossip, misdirection and antagonism between workers. - Upper management is uninspired. Meritocracy is a lie they like to tell themselves, the company is actually extremely nepotist.
