Technical knowledge. Leader in its market. International environment. World class processes. Focus on EHS and Lean management. Rational and fact based decision making.

Cons

Focus on costs and short term benefits. Leaving and consequently desinvesting European sites and people. Increasingly unpleasant and stressful working atmosphere.

Big multinational company with world class methods and structure. Leader in its field as regards technical know how. French cultural heritage from Pechiney in French sites.

Cons

Strategically leaving Europ. Short term management took over the long term vision. Too focused on costs and short term benefit. Working climate have gone down over the past 10 years.
