Alphas too influential - in other words friendship coming on the front of hard work bad salary for lower roles ridiculous working hours: being a rioter is not a job, is a lifestyle If you want to join Riot prepare to be a RIoter and not a human being with a social life instead

Nice benefits, cool offices, some people are really great to work with

Cons

Riot probably has one of the worst people management systems I’ve ever seen. A manager that discards a perfect fit for a spot in order to employ two friends of his, bypassing the interview process, shouldn’t be there. They also pay high for engineers but most production positions receive a terrible salary. If your manager likes you, you’ll have a shot on growing within the company. If not, he’ll just come up with a stupid reason to let you go without any reasonable explanation.
