Some of the best experiences of my career. Awesome people, great facilities, great benefits, great campus. Interesting problems to solve.

Cons

Definitely the worst experiences of my career. Extremely type A people, some people don't practice what they preach and many of those people are in leadership positions. Some inherent biases are at play.

The culture here is very open. You can say what you think even if it s totally different from the majority, people will still respect & listen. People can engage in a huge argument on controversial topics but nothing will go personal. It s a very healthy culture in which you can develop new thoughts & ideas easily.

Cons

The organization structure here is not as clear as the other companies. In this case, huge projects can get messy from time to time. Delays are common.
