Pros

The benefits are top notch Stakeholders are invested in data insights and collaborating with the team Company focuses on growing skills through mentorship and rigorous feedback

Cons

In recent years the company has been going through large-scale changes in how it's organized and how it approaches business. This has led to changing structures as well as layoffs. All of which contribute to an environment that feels a little uncertain.

Pros

Vast majority of my colleagues are intelligent, focused, collaborative, and passionate. Most leaders also seem much more competent than other places I've worekd.

Cons

For a long time Riot didn't really do lay offs. Now it feels like we're in the same boat as every other publisher - two layoffs in a year and multiple re-orgs. And it creates a lot of uncertainty. It might be the right decisions though.
