      Work-life balance, Job Security and free food

      Cons

      You will be undervalued unless you are a loudmouth even if you don't do anything at all. No recognition for your work. You can just boast around and do nothing. Only such people are getting credits. The real effort and output is never recognised. No matter how good you are, you will be thrown out like nothing. Very low package for existing employees.
