      Stability and great balance between professional and personal life.

      Cons

      . German company process oriented focused. Huge structure with too many stakeholders and decision makers. Politics is a big part of this company. Very hard to be laid off, even if you screw up big no big consequences are expected which is good. On the other hand, promotions and career movement do not happen easily. Super hard to be promoted - career progress super slow. Low salary
