      1. Job Security 2. Free food and free insurance. 3. Variable Pay more than 100% always. 4. Good cultural environment maintained by top management. 5. Work life balance. 6. Planing your retirement, jion this company like Government company.

      1. Poor managements. 2. Planing to switch project or team due to poor work/learning (Other team are ready to take but your manager will never allow you to go), then only option resign. 3. Very less Hike compare to other product based companies. 4. Lots of internal politics by Managers/ Lower management. 5. Not Good for Learners. 6. Manager with poor technical skills.
