      Pros

      Guaranteed hours, impecable work colleagues, challenging and fast paced. Extra hours almost always available.

      Cons

      2week shift rotation, seasonal (no work in summer time), no recognition for hard work, agency workers don't get any benefits.

      Pros

      Opportunities to change your position, department or division. Most of the colleagues are great professionals. Focus on innovation and long-term mindset. Upper management with a clear view about the future and willing to make brave decisions. Salary higher than average in industry.

      Cons

      50% of middle management is really incompetent, don't live by the values and are there just for the money or the status. Sneaky people that have learn to survive. Politics and networking are way more important than performance or dedication. Extremely slow processes. Disproportional operative workload even in strategic positions.
