      A company with lots of internal politics

      Pros

      * Better work life balance * Lots of leaves * Trying to do a lot of things in the IoT domain

      Cons

      I have been working with Bosch Software Innovations division and which is the worst place to work with. Lots of politics and there is always a road block for new comers. New ideas are not welcomed and managers trying to make the top management happy rather than delivering something useful. Not a place for your career progression unless you are citizen of a specific country. The technology stack they are working with the worst and outdated.
