Pros
Established customers (big OEM's from the automotive industry), so there is always tons of ongoing projects going on. Several carrier paths that you can go on if you do a good job and are persistent enough. International projects, possibilities to travel abroad (mainly Germany, but Japan and USA is also an opportunity) if one wants to. Paid overtime / can be taken out as a holiday. Trainings, self-development possibilities. German and English learning possible (during work time!). Great campus at Budapest.
Cons
If you are on a dumb project, the work could be very boring. You can be lost in the several thousands of workers.
