      Very nice environment, but old colleagues tends to escape from new challenges

      Pros

      Good working environment. Since Bosch is already very big especially in Germany, the German culture of good "social security" has some influence to this company i.e., "job stability" is very strongly felt.

      Cons

      The pro point written above regarding the "job stability" seems one of the reasons why most employees, especially those who have been working so long in the company, tend to avoid new challenges and quick changes which are actually the key to a successful path in this era.

      Pros

      The only good thing about this place is you can make up to $20 without a degree.

      Cons

      Bosch works their employees like slaves. Working employees 40 days plus in a row without even an option for a day off. This company has no regard for work life balance. They have a horrible point system and you get a point even if you have a doctor note. No paternity leave for men. Bad management who doesn't care about you as a person and the company as a whole doesn't value any of the employees.

      Interesting projects Pays for overtime Great working environment, spacious, new office buildings - if you're into open office Friendly atmosphere Mostly young colleagues Opportunities for advancement Excellent dining facility with affordable and varied food Free parking with enough parking spots for all Courses/Opportunities for soft skill, leadership or presentation technique development

      Very high turnover rate - you get the feeling that almost as many people are leaving the company as those who enter.
