Managers role is a typical Headmasters role. They are not concerned on individuals career growth. No Hikes (Very Less than market) No Work/Life Balance Departments have their own internal policies putting aside all the organisational policies. Managers in India dont have any responsibility of deciding project timelines, project capture etc etc. Remote control in Germany.
