      For me the only contra is the distance to the office, and the lesser oportunity to be in Home office.

      some projects are really challengeing if you are passionate about automotive. had the opportunity to work on a couple of interesting projects and collaborate with a few really skilled and open minded people.

      Cons

      "we care about people" but management first! hr and leaders often fail to handle difficult situations generated by toxic people and pip contexts. even though not an IT per se company, when it comes to SW development, progress might burst with less people, if evaluated and remunerated properly, probably 30% of the developers and engineers actually work or bring good ideas to pay the rest of 70%. too much politics. german managers couldn't care less about what really happens in some departments. while romanian ones couldn't care more about their position. working students do not always get proper mentors and projects, sadly, i've seen some talents wasted even before the hire freeze.
