      Too much of specialised tasks makes you useless in outside world No growth opportunity in term of leadership There is favourism speciallly for some particular caste

      Stable working position, low stress, great balance between working and private life. Easy access to management. Not very hierarchical.

      Cons

      Not easy to introduce changes. Tends to develop its own standards for everything. Does not take advantage of new technologies and tools already available
