Pros
Has good job security once you get a contract apart from that I can not think of any thing else
Cons
Don't get treated well by team leaders and other staff. They don't think about ten employees just about how many boilers they can get out. Horrible hours just not a nice place to work been here over a year and can't wait to leave .
