      Pros

      Nice workplace, great benefits, and cool working environment. Has a good compensation and flextime. Also it is nice to work everywhere.

      Cons

      No career development plan (don't blame employees for not having one, nothing happens if they plan). The investment to work efficiently everywhere is not even close to be enough. Computers are bad quality, same as connectivity.
