      Pros

      Robert Bosch Serbia is giving the good working conditions (life-work balance, day off if you need it). Working atmosphere is really great. People are also great. Company is trying to reduce overtime. Inernational company with good organisation (you know what is your job).

      Cons

      Robert Bosch Serbia is giving very low salaries which is from their point of view OK because it is Serbia (low cost country). There is no canteen and wokers have to order the food from the outside. There is no so much chances for career advancement.

      Wonderful co-workers - supportive co-workers Good pay but not worth the BS that you have to put up with and the constant demands.

      Cons

      Poor management from top down - RUN - unless a lot of the management changes, you don't want to work here. It could be very bad for your mental health as well as kill your spirit. The "bad" managers make the good ones look just as bad.

      Great 401K Match. Currently set at 75% on 6% of your salary. That is significantly higher than other companies Great health care benefits.

      Cons

      Too many processes Too many rules Too many people with little chance for advancement Overwhelming control by management They live by PowerPoint - so become an expert if you want a job with them.
