      Pros

      Work environment and facilities are good. Work is okay. No time barriers as long as you finish your work by deadline(deadlines are usually short most of the time managers are unaware how much time a task takes but still they commit to customer).

      Cons

      Too much of office politics. Managers dont take any responsibility with respect to project nor employee career growth. Management puts things on HR.

      The people are fantastic, easy to be an ambassador of a company that gives their profits to foundations that support charities. For as large as Bosch is the orginization if very flat

      As with any large corp, politics. In the grand scheme of things it is not so bad however.

      Free food, good polices, good working hours, no work pressure, no need to use brain bcz Germans will tell everything what to do and all. Every week 1 fun activity to time pass the employees, facenook allowed

      Perfet for married aunties, nothing to work. Engineer's but doing documentation n xl sheet work for German Bosch. Full full yaks politics, no good pay, hike and promotion to only for PM chamchas. C not required bcz for everything tool will be there so employees for just running tool n preparing documents. Simply talking Infront of management and get benefits. Variable pay same for all employees so even u work more or less same pay. if interested to do some good work management will not allow. Some people join as a fresher and get retained here only bcz for them difficult to get outside job n no confidence to go out bcz they no they r doing junk work. If work morethan 1 yr will become expert in politics.
