Eye-Opening Lean Knowledge

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

A lot useful industrial-norm knowledge to learn and apply. Added value to personal profile. Very well established syllabus with BPS. Emphasize a lot on efficiency and value-added processes in manufacturing.

Cons

Career advancement can be limited. Good to "settle down", but if you still thinking to climb higher, there can be little chance. A bit "calculative" and "discriminative" to lower rank employees. Still applying time-tracking and salary deduction system for not meeting sufficient hours but only apply that rule to lower-ranked staffs (non-manager). Dedicated car-park slot for managers, but leaving the rest with insufficient parking space and having to park outside the facility.

Hello, Thank you for leaving your review here on Glassdoor. We are very glad to hear that you were happy with your learning experience at Bosch. However, we are sorry to read of your perceptions and take your criticism seriously. At Bosch, we work every day to maintain an appreciative and inclusive culture in which all associates can enjoy their work. Treating others in an unbiased and fair manner is imperative to our moral standards as a company, thus we are concerned to hear about your negative experience and will forward your feedback to the responsible team. Additionally, it is our priority at Bosch to create a work environment in which our associates feel motivated and supported in doing their work. Therefore, we consider not only a good remuneration but also further career opportunities and supportive management to be very important for our working culture. As a Bosch associate, you get the opportunity for growth and development through further education and training. For example, through the Bosch Training Center, you can explore a wide range of topics from “artificial intelligence” to “intercultural cooperation”. Moreover, our managers are trained to provide their associates with the best possible support in professional and personal growth. We are sorry that you perceived this differently in your case. To be able to understand your criticism better, we would very much appreciate it, if you would contact your former HR Business Partner or supervisor, to let them know more about your situation. If you have further enquiries or suggestions for improvement, please do not hesitate to contact the respective persons. Your feedback helps to realize a positive change. Thank you! We wish you all the best for your future! Your Bosch Career Team
